COMMISSIONS

Terms of Service

By commissioning me, you state you understand and agree to my terms of service, as follows:

• Artist retains all rights, including copyright, to the commissioned artwork, including the rights to display this project in her portfolio, submit it to periodicals and competitions, and reproduce it for the purpose of selling.

• Upon delivery of the commissioned artwork, the artist assigns to the client the rights for personal use only. The client may not reproduce the image for the purpose of selling, or use it in any commercial manner. (You can still post it online, but please credit me if you do!)

• The commissioned artwork may not be used to train AI in any capacity.

• All prices listed on the Services page are in Canadian dollars.

• An extra fee will be required for props, complicated designs/poses, or additional elements, at the artist's discretion.

• I accept payment in full in advance (I will request it once consultation is complete and details have been finalized) via e-transfer to LKurmey@gmail.com, and will begin work after I've received the payment.

• If payment is not received within 1 week of requesting it, the client's spot in the queue is forfeited, and I will move along to the next person.

• After the consultation is complete and payment has been received, no refund will be issued if the commission needs to be canceled.

• Any timeline for completion provided is only an estimate, and does not guarantee the project will be completed within that timeline (although I always strive to meet it!)

• Upon delivery of the commission, no changes can be requested, as I follow directions given in the consultation phase, and I always aim to provide the highest quality of my work possible. However, if you have a problem with your completed artwork, please let me know.

• If the commission is time-sensitive, such as a gift, you may request that I delay in posting it.
